The Malkoç Family Banner is a relic of the old Malkoç family, kept under glass in a private library. It was found together with a Turkish treatise upon military tactics penned by Radu the Handsome and a karabela saber dedicated to John III Sobieski, King of Poland.
The banner was recovered after encounters with the walking dead and with a vampire, in which the party had occasion to prove both their arms and their arts. Having put the vampire down, they went through the several rooms and lit upon the Malkoç Family Banner amongst other relics. Correspondence found alongside it ties the banner to figures of great note — Mehmed II and Vlad III amongst them — though of its own design and meaning nothing is recorded.
