The human skeleton was found in an unlocked cell beside that of an elven woman. Within the cell were recovered a spellbook, a note, and two healing potions; the spellbook held Disguise Self, Shield, Magic Missile, and Silent Image. From the note and what lay about it the pair were known for lovers out of Justinian's time, and it was set down that the man had been at work upon a spell to save the elf from an unnatural physiology.
