The Torture Chamber is a place beneath the earth, its dark stone walls worn and weathered by long years. A hole in the ceiling admits a faint trickle of light, whilst the air hangs thick with the reek of decay. Implements of torment lie scattered about the chamber, and with them the remains of former victims, the corpses of priests among them. The whole stands a grim witness to dark arts once practised there, and breathes a malevolence one may all but touch.
The chamber has come to be linked with an Undead Priest, which does nothing to mend its ill name. The presence of relics and of the remnants of runic wards argues its former office in the confining of dark powers.
