Eminönü is a lively quarter, rich in its mingling of cultures and forever astir. It holds together residences and houses of entertainment alike, amongst them the Leaky Pit, a plaza noted for its artistic venues and frequented by visitors of the upper class and folk of the undercity together. The neighbourhood is marked by handsome brickwork and a web of interconnected buildings, some of them held by the Ghost of March. Eminönü serves as a gateway to the undercity, threaded with hidden passages and shortcuts known only to such as are versed in its secrets.
Matilda Manukian, a half-elf with the freedom of the undercity, disclosed a hidden stair behind a restaurant that made a shortcut to the Leaky Pit. The place is spoken of as an explosive arts district, full of music and dance, where humans mingle with those of magical descent. Matilda furnished besides both directions for finding one's way through the undercity and counsel on how one might approach the Ghost of March.
