The Bathhouse Safehouse is a concealed refuge beneath the ground — a bolt-hole after the fashion of the city's hamam (the bath-house) it once served — given chiefly to the stashing of valuables and to shelter after some perilous affair. It offers secure recesses in which goods may be kept from prying eyes, and with them a measure of ease of mind. The air below is damp and cool, as the manner of such subterranean places is, which serves besides to preserve what is stored there; the structure runs to several chambers — a main hall for gathering, and lesser rooms for storage and exploring.
The safehouse has been put to use in the wake of encounters with the undead, the Vampire amongst them. Here the company stows its weightier plunder, the better to escape notice and keep their findings safe; amongst the goods commonly secured are artifacts of value and arms, such as a Necrotic Short Sword and a suit of plate mail. It is, moreover, a station of some importance before the meeting of valuable contacts in the quarter.
